James leads the firm’s strategy and operations practice, bringing over 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, performance improvement, and operational transformation. Before joining The Banff Practice, he held senior roles at two leading international consultancies.
He is known for his rigorous analytical approach and his ability to translate strategic insight into practical, implementable plans. James holds a degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s in Public Policy from the London School of Economics.
